Mit dem Mikro-3D-Drucker microArch S240 stellt Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF), Pionier bei 3D-Drucksystemen f\u00fcr die Mikrofertigung, ein echtes &#8222;Arbeitspferd&#8220; vor: Dank breiter Materialauswahl und einem Bauvolumen von 100 x 100 x 75 Millimeter eignet er sich f\u00fcr die Serienproduktion von Mikrobauteilen in Endqualit\u00e4t. Mit einer optischen Aufl\u00f6sung von 10 \u00b5m bei einer Schichtdicke von 10 bis 40 \u00b5m erreicht der Desktop-Drucker Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcten von 0,4 bis 0,8 Ra.<br>Die 3D-Drucker der Serie microArch basieren auf einer Weiterentwicklung der Stereolithographie (SLA), die BMF als Projektions-Mikro-Stereolithografie (P\u03bcSL) patentiert hat. Eine Schicht fl\u00fcssigen Polymers wird durch UV-Licht blitzschnell ausgeh\u00e4rtet. Zusammen mit anpassbaren Optiken, einer pr\u00e4zisen Bewegungsplattform und kontrollierbaren Verarbeitungstechniken eignet sich das Verfahren f\u00fcr die Mikrofertigung von Prototypen und Serienteilen. Bereits das Einstiegsmodell microArch P150 erzeugt mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung bis zu 25\u03bcm kleine, detaillierte Teile.<br>In der mittleren Leistungsklasse liegen drei Desktop-Drucker, die eine Aufl\u00f6sung von 10\u03bcm mit hoher Genauigkeit und Pr\u00e4zision verbinden. Dazu geh\u00f6rt der zuverl\u00e4ssige microArch S240, der Mikrobauteile aus einer breiten Palette von Harz- und Keramik-Material erzeugt. Bezogen auf die Bauteilma\u00dfe bietet er ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiges Bauvolumen von 100 x 100 x 75 Millimetern. Der microArch S240 wurde entwickelt, damit Unternehmen ebenso wie Universit\u00e4ten schnell Bauteile in industrieller Kleinserien-Produktion produzieren k\u00f6nnen. Sein Step-and-Repeat-Verfahren verbindet hohe Aufl\u00f6sung mit gro\u00dfer Fl\u00e4che. Echtzeit-Bild\u00fcberwachung, Autofokus und Belichtungskompensation sorgen f\u00fcr hochpr\u00e4zise Ergebnisse.<br>Die Mikro-3D-Drucker werden in der Entwicklung und Produktion von medizinischen Objekten von Stents \u00fcber Prothesen bis hin zu chirurgischen Implantaten verwendet. Die Verwendung von biokompatiblen Materialien er\u00f6ffnet neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr individuelle Implantate.<br>In Elektronik und Mechatronik entstehen Steckverbinder, Chipsockel oder MEMS, die alle Anforderungen bez\u00fcglich Stabilit\u00e4t und Funktionalit\u00e4t erf\u00fcllen.<br>In der Mikrofluidik und Mikromechanik eignet sich der microArch S240 f\u00fcr Ventile, Pumpen, Sensoren, Mikrofonkomponenten und viele weitere Anwendungen.
