Dazu wird ein glasartiges Kohlenstoffmaterial verwendet, das durch die Karbonisierung eines 3D-gedruckten Rohlings entsteht. Dazu ben\u00f6tigte Dr. Islam einen hochaufl\u00f6senden 3D-Drucker der im richtigen Ma\u00dfstab und mit einem Material arbeitet, das f\u00fcr die Karbonisierung geeignet ist.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach verschiedenen Versuchen stie\u00df er auf den microArch\u00ae S130 von Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF), der eine Aufl\u00f6sung von 2\u00b5m bietet. Der Drucker konnte die komplexeren inneren Strukturen der Ger\u00fcste mit engen Toleranzen und hoher Aufl\u00f6sung aus dem HTL-Harz von BMF drucken. Die 3D-gedruckten Vorprodukte karbonisierten anschlie\u00dfend problemlos. Die Aufl\u00f6sung und der Ma\u00dfstab des 3D-Druckers von BMF erreichten die f\u00fcr erfolgreiche 3D-Zellbesiedlung notwendigen Werte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem microArch S130 wurde ein W\u00fcrfel mit Kantenma\u00dfen von 1,3 x 1,3 x 1,3 Millimeter und 100 x 100 \u03bcm messenden Tunneln im Abstand von 100 \u03bcm in Schichten von 5\u03bcm gedruckt. Nach der Karbonisierung wurden die Ger\u00fcste in der Zellkultivierung und Gewebeentwicklung getestet. Nun das Struktur-Design weiterentwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eKohlenstoff ist ein interessantes Material mit einzigartigen Eigenschaften. Die Herstellung komplexer 3D-Strukturen aus Kohlenstoff ist eine Herausforderung. Die additive Fertigung erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung komplexer 3D-Strukturen aus einer Vielzahl von Polymerwerkstoffen. Die Karbonisierung von 3D-gedrucktem Polymermaterial kann zu 3D-Strukturen aus Kohlenstoff f\u00fchren.
