September 2023 auf der Additive Manufacturing Expo in Luzern (Schweiz)<\/strong><strong>. Damit lassen sich in Medizintechnik, Biowissenschaften und Elektronik Bauteile realisieren, die bisher nicht herstellbar waren.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Projektionsmikro-Stereolithografie (P\u00b5SL) erm\u00f6glicht den 3D-Druck von Bauteilen in einer Aufl\u00f6sung von 2\u00b5 und einer Ma\u00dfstabstreue von +\/- 10 Mikrometern. Dazu werden die Vorteile des Digital Light Processings (DLP) und der Stereolithografie auf neue Art verbunden. Die pr\u00e4zise Projektion eines ultravioletten Lichtblitzes l\u00f6st eine schnelle Photopolymerisation jeweils einer ganzen Materialschicht im Kunstharz-Becken aus. Die Werkst\u00fccke werden von unten nach oben aufgebaut, was den Bedarf an St\u00fctzstrukturen reduziert. Drei Serien von 3D-Druckern hat BMF bisher entwickelt und erfolgreich auf dem Weltmarkt eingef\u00fchrt. Ihre hochpr\u00e4zisen Optiken, kombiniert mit feinsten elektrischen Schrittmotoren, fortschrittlichen Kalibrierungs\u00adfunktionen und robusten Linearf\u00fchrungen, ergeben eine ultra-hohe Genauigkeit, Pr\u00e4zision und Aufl\u00f6sung der Bauteile.
