Durch flexibel anwendbare Aufl\u00f6sungen von 10\u00b5m oder 25\u00b5m werden f\u00fcr jeden Bereich eines Bauteils die h\u00f6chste&nbsp; Genauigkeit und Pr\u00e4zision erreicht. Der erste 3D-Drucker microArch D1025 der neuen Reihe wird auf der Fachmesse Formnext in Frankfurt, Halle 11.1 an Stand C19 pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als erster Hybrid-Drucker kann der microArch D1025&nbsp; mit verschiedenen Aufl\u00f6sungen produzieren. Winzige Bauteile und komplexe Merkmale werden bei 10\u00b5m Aufl\u00f6sung exakt reproduziert, w\u00e4hrend der 25\u00b5m-Modus bei kleinen Teilen, die keine ultrahohe Aufl\u00f6sung erfordern, h\u00f6here Druckgeschwindigkeiten zul\u00e4sst. Sensationell ist jedoch, dass sich beide Aufl\u00f6sungen in einer Druckschickt flexibel miteinander verbinden lassen. So k\u00f6nnen Anwender f\u00fcr jeden Bereich eines Bauteils die richtige Aufl\u00f6sung w\u00e4hlen. Der microArch D1025 erkennt im Hybrid-Modus auch selbstt\u00e4tig Bereiche, die 10\u00b5m Aufl\u00f6sung erfordern und stellt sich darauf ein. So werden winzige Features exakt wiedergegeben, w\u00e4hrend der Aufbau insgesamt schneller abl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der microArch D1025 beruht auf der Projektionsmikro-Stereolithografie (P\u00b5SL), die eine schnelle Fotopolymerisation von Fl\u00fcssigpolymerschichten durch UV-Lichtblitze erm\u00f6glicht. Die DLP-Projektion bietet nun zwei Aufl\u00f6sungen mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Projektionszonen f\u00fcr k\u00fcrzere Druckzeiten f\u00fcr hochpr\u00e4zise Bauteile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automatisierung f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Effizienz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An vielen weiteren Stellen wurde die Geschwindigkeit und Effizienz des Mikrodruckers mit einem Bauraum von 100 x 100 x 50 Millimetern verbessert. So richtet ein automatisches Kalibrierungssystem die Plattform, Walze und Membran aus und verringert damit die Umr\u00fcstzeiten. Die Druckeinstellungen f\u00fcr die Walzenfrequenz und die Verz\u00f6gerungszeigen k\u00f6nnen automatisch an Druckfl\u00e4che und Materialviskosit\u00e4t angepasst werden. Auch das Niveau des Harzbades wird automatisch exakt eingestellt. Spachtel und Walze eliminieren Luftblasen und verk\u00fcrzen die Nivellierungszeit. Die Membran muss zwischen den Aufbauten nicht entfernt oder neu installiert werden. Dies bedeutet h\u00f6here Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und mehr Betriebszeit. Schlie\u00dflich wird die Druckplattform magnetisch fixiert, um die Entnahme zu erleichtern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrieunternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen erreichen mit dem microArch D1025 h\u00f6here Geschwindigkeit und Effizienz ohne Einbu\u00dfen an Pr\u00e4zision und Genauigkeit.
