Das flammhemmende Hochleistungsmaterial FR erf\u00fcllt strenge Sicherheitsanforderungen in Verbindung mit hoher Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit. Das neue Material AL-Keramik bietet hohe Festigkeit, Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit, chemische Stabilit\u00e4t und elektrische Isolierung. Die Drucksysteme von Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) k\u00f6nnen dar\u00fcber hinaus mit vielen Materialien fremder Hersteller betrieben werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Flammhemmendes Harz FR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flammhemmendes Material erh\u00f6ht die Brandsicherheit, etwa bei Bauteilen der Unterhaltungselektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Mikromechanik. Die Entflammbarkeit von FR wurde nach UL94 V-O bei 2mm eingestuft. Das Material erf\u00fcllt die wichtigsten Sicherheitsstandards der Flammfestigkeit. Mit einer W\u00e4rmeformbest\u00e4ndigkeit (HDT) von 160\u00b0C kann FR extremen thermischen Einfl\u00fcssen standhalten. Hinzu kommen hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften der Zugfestigkeit (68 MPa), Biegefestigkeit (120 MPa) und Schlagfestigkeit (18J\/m). Das schwarze oder transparentgelbe Material muss vor Anwendung nicht erw\u00e4rmt werden. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung von FR erweitert BMF die M\u00f6glichkeiten des hochaufl\u00f6senden 3D-Drucks, etwa bei Halterungen, Abdeckungen und Geh\u00e4usen f\u00fcr Leiterplatten. Auch in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder der Mikromechanik verbindet FR hohe Leistung mit &nbsp;Sicherheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vorteile von Aluminium-Keramik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebenso vielversprechend sind die Ergebnisse hochpr\u00e4zisen 3D-Drucks mit dem neuen Material AL-Keramik. Keramik ist f\u00fcr au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche H\u00e4rte, Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit und chemische Stabilit\u00e4t bekannt. Im Mikro-3D-Druck lassen sich damit detailreiche, komplexe Geometrien wiedergeben, die mit anderen Fertigungsmethoden nur schwer oder gar nicht hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. In der Luft- und Raumfahrt werden keramische Werkstoffe verwendet, um leichte, hitzebest\u00e4ndige Teile f\u00fcr Triebwerke, Turbinen und andere wichtige Systeme herzustellen. Im medizinischen Bereich entstehen biokompatible Implantate, Prothesen und zahnmedizinische Ger\u00e4te. Pr\u00e4zision und Anpassungsm\u00f6glichkeit des Materials verbessern den Komfort patientenspezifischer L\u00f6sungen. In der Elektronik und Halbleitertechnik sind keramische Materialien hervorragende Isolatoren \u2013 der 3D-Druck unterst\u00fctzt hier die Miniaturisierung. In der Automobilindustrie werden keramische Werkstoffe schlie\u00dflich zur Herstellung von Komponenten verwendet, die hohe Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit und thermische Stabilit\u00e4t erfordern.
