Nun gibt es das Modul classmate DRAW als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Produkt. Damit gelingt die nahtlose Integration von digitalen Zeichnungsinformationen in die IT-Systeme der Produktentwicklung und Fertigung. Classmate DRAW ordnet die Daten sogar einem STEP-Modell richtig zu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3D CAD-Modelle enthalten kaum jemals alle Informationen \u00fcber Material, Toleranzen, Passgenauigkeit, Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte, Gewindeangaben und weitere Annotationen, die zur Herstellung eines Bauteils erforderlich sind. Einige Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) werden nicht in das 3D-Modell eingepflegt oder gehen bei Daten\u00fcbergaben verloren. Andere Informationen werden erst in Einkauf oder Arbeitsvorbereitung hinzugef\u00fcgt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KI-basierte Zeichnungsanalyse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das neue Modul classmate DRAW analysiert Zeichnungsdateien per k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, die von simus systems entwickelt und trainiert worden ist. Sie liest den Schriftfeldblock und die Annotationen, interpretiert die Inhalte und speichert sie strukturiert ab. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Passungen, Form- und Lagetoleranzen (GD&amp;T), Gewindeangaben, Oberfl\u00e4chenangaben und andere Fertigungshinweise, wie etwa geltende Werksnormen. Alle Bema\u00dfungen werden in eine standardisierte Datenstruktur gebracht. Im Hintergrund schafft classmate DRAW zu jeder Zeichnungsdatei eine Datenbasis, die sich in g\u00e4ngige CAD-, CAM-, PDM- und ERP-Systeme integrieren l\u00e4sst, um durchg\u00e4ngig digitale Prozesse zu schaffen.<br>F\u00fcr Hersteller ergibt sich daraus ein hoher Nutzen, denn die Zeichnungsinformationen werden an vielen Stellen gebraucht: F\u00fcr Bestellungen im Einkauf, zur Nachkalkulation, f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, bei Nachbestellungen, f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Varianten oder bei Ersatzteilbedarf. Die Software ordnet die PMI automatisch einem CAD-Modell im S3D-Format von simus systems zu, das als Vorschaudatei und bei der Suche nach \u00e4hnlichen Teilen unterst\u00fctz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcber ein STEP-Modell zur CAM-Bearbeitung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damit wird classmate DRAW hochinteressant f\u00fcr Hersteller und Zulieferer. Denn das Programm kann nicht nur ein 3D-Modell um Zeichnungsinformationen erg\u00e4nzen, sondern dieses auch in ein neutrales STEP-Modell verwandeln. Wenn das 3D CAM-System dieses einlesen kann, k\u00f6nnte es zur Grundlage der NC-Programmierung werden.
